PERSONAL TRAINING
with Claire & Rosie

 

From your initial consultation to your personalised workouts you can rest assured that your training sessions at BYM Fitness will be designed to meet your specific needs, enabling you to achieve your goals. Your programme will be created by us working together to combine dietary advice and a combination of strength and circuit style training. We will assess your progress and alter things accordingly every 3-5 weeks to ensure your body makes steady progress and you aren't under challenged.

Regular body measurements are taken and feedback is encouraged as an ongoing process to make sure you are on the right path to meeting your goals.

Your session will last an hour in total and this will include a good warm up, stretches, a fast paced workout and a cool down to ensure you leave the BYM Fitness gym feeling like you've come back down to Earth.

Set in a private one-to-one studio, you do not have to feel intimidated by a busy gym environment or conveyor belt style personal training. It's just you and me working at a fantastic location, to music of your choice at a pace which we have set together.

GROUP TRAINING
with Rosie and Claire

In addition to one-to-one sessions we also offer a variety of group classes.  A maximum of 10 ladies per class ensures you not only benefit from the personal attention of group trainer Rosie, but also the encouragement of your fellow class mates.

The range of classes from sculpting to strength training to squatting and punching means you can work on different muscle groups in different ways to achieve fantastic results.  Classes are booked in advance, in half termly blocks and then continue to run during school holidays, with more flexibility, to accommodate family life as far as possible.

PRE & POSTNATAL TRAINING

Whilst you don't have to be a mummy or a mummy-to-be to train at BYM Fitness, training pre and postnatal women is how we began and the demand for this has been constant whilst the business has continued to evolve simultaneously.  We train ladies at all stages of pregnancy, soon after birth and further beyond.
