A LITTLE ABOUT CLAIRE
As the founder, I set up BYM Fitness in 2011 when I was pregnant with my second child. I had become frustrated that there was nowhere in and around Bath with the privacy, empathy or experience to train ladies pre and post birth so I decided the obvious solution, as a qualified personal and group trainer, was to set up a gym and offer it myself!
BYM Fitness has since evolved to become an exclusively ladies only personal and group training studio for women of all ages, mothers or not.
I train 1:1 clients from Monday to Friday and teach the BYM Body Burn class on Wednesdays.
A LITTLE ABOUT CHARLOTTE
In 2016 admin manager Charlotte joined the team.
Having been a client of Claire's for a couple of years, she had developed a love and understanding of the BYM Fitness ethos and was eager to jump aboard.
Having designed our website and online booking system she now manages enquiries, enrolments and the group training side of things.
A LITTLE ABOUT ROSIE
In 2016 personal and group trainer Rosie joined BYM Fitness.
As a fully qualified PT and Group Trainer she is an asset to the team and leads classes on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays and Trains 1:1 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Full of enthusiasm, she has transformed some of our more timid beginners into some of our most eager and regular clients.
