Baby Bootcamp is Back!

 

 

The countdown is on.... BYM Baby Bootcamp is back!!

 

On Thursday 22nd June we will start our revised 5 week course which will consist of 4 expert training sessions with Claire and a Mummy MOT workshop with Sally Laverty as part of the block.  The Bootcamp is designed specifically for new mums (up to 6 months postnatal) focussing on core strength, body composition, nutrition and wellbeing. Sessions will take place on 22nd & 29th June and 13th & 20th July, 11-12pm and the MOT will take place on 6th July.  It goes without saying that babies are most welcome.

 

Classes will then continue through the summer holidays as PAYG and the course will resume as blocks in September!

 

Looking forward to meeting our lovely new mummies and little ones here soon!
